All customers of HostinBridge’s services is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the user Agreement. Please read this terms of services carefully, as it contains important information regarding your Legal Right and Remedies Agreeing to HostinBridge Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service is mandatory for using our services and this guides the usage of these services.

1. Account Eligibility

A. By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

i. You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services, by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.

ii. You are of sound mind and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract and these Terms;

iii. All personal information that you provide about yourself is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge;

iv. You hold a bank account with a licensed financial institution in your own name and will use this account to transfer money to our account when you conduct transactions on the Site;

v. If you use the Services on behalf of another party, you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on such other party's behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.

vi. You are not breaching any laws or regulations that are applicable to you or any company, trust or partnership upon whose instructions you are acting;

vii. You are the owner of, and responsible for all content or information residing on, or obtained, or transmitted via, the Service, regardless of whether such use is by Customer.

B. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information on the registration forms, including an email address that is different from the domain you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address we have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account, including any domain accounts is accurate, correct and complete at all times. HostinBridge is not responsible for any lapse in the Services, including without limitation, any lapsed domain registrations due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change your contact information, you may utilize the HostinBridge Billing and Support Portal to update your contact information. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In certain other cases, you may be required to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes, any means of identification (National ID, Driver’s License, Data Page of Passport, Voter’s ID Card). Failure to provide the information requested may result in your order being denied.

C. During the term of its agreement with HostinBridge, the User must ensure that the use of any resource offered to the User or owned or controlled by HostinBridge ("Service") conforms with HostinBridge’s current Acceptable Use Policy. HostinBridge may modify, without prior notice, the Acceptable Use Policy as HostinBridge deems appropriate; such modified Acceptable Use Policy is effective upon posting on HostinBridge's website. If any of these is infringed, we reserve the right to suspend such violating websites without prior notice. We don’t allow “high-yield investment programs” (HYIP) websites (Ponzi). This is as well as sites relating to extreme money-making, gambling, e-gold doublers, etc. HostinBridge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse will be to cease using the Site and the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use will indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes. HostinBridge reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time for any reason. HostinBridge may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or the entire Site without notice or liability.

D. You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.

E. The Service and any data you provide to HostinBridge is hosted Nigeria (NG) unless otherwise provided. If you access the Service from outside of Nigeria, you are voluntarily transferring information (potentially including personally-identifiable information) and content to Nigeria. and you agreeing that our collection, use, storage and sharing of your information and content is subject to the laws of Nigeria, and not necessarily of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

2. Transfers

Our Transfers Team will make every effort to help you move your website to us. Transfers are provided as a courtesy service. We do not make any guarantees regarding the availability, possibility, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently, and some hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which may make it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to migrate some or all account data. In some cases, we may not be able to assist you in a transfer of data from an old host. The free transfer service is available for thirty (30) days from your sign up date. Transfers outside of the thirty (30) day period will incur a charge; please contact on support@hostinbridge.com to receive a price quote. In no event shall HostinBridge be held liable for any lost or missing data or files resulting from a transfer to or from HostinBridge. You are solely responsible for backing up your data in all circumstances.

3. Transfers of Registered Accounts and Websites

In order to access the account of any of our registered clients or have the account transferred to you or another registrar, we will require you to establish your relationship with our registered client. When you have established your relationship with our registered client, we will notify the registered client of your request. Upon receiving the written consent of the registered client to transfer the account to you and upon receiving a signed indemnity letter from you, we will transfer the website to you or your preferred registrar.

Where you claim that your website was developed by any of our registered clients, we will require the registered client's written consent to transfer the website either to you or another registrar.

Where you claim that the registered client is dead, we will require you to provide us with the registered client's death certificate. Upon providing us with the death certificate, you will need to sign a letter of undertaking and indemnity and depose to an affidavit stating that they are assuming responsibility for the account and would indemnify HostinBridge from all liability.

4. Domain Name Registration

Before purchasing a domain name for our Site, you are required to ensure that the domain name does not infringe on any domain name, trademark or tradename of a third party.

Any domain name and trademark dispute regarding your domain name will be resolved, notify HostinBridge of any trademark violation or submit a trademark claim, you (“Complaining Party”) can send us an email at abuse@hostinbridge.com The words “Trademark Claim” should be the subject of your email. Your email must contain the following information:

• the name, address, email address and phone number of the owner of the trademark;

• the trademark certificate or acceptance letter of the trademark that is claimed to be infringed;

• the date on which the trademark was first used;

• a description of the manner in which the owner believes its trademark is being infringed;

• the name, address, email address and phone number of the person (individual, company, entity) against whom the claim is made; and

• sufficient evidence that the infringing party is a HostinBridge customer.

Specific Rules for registration in the .com.ng SLD

i.) Introduction
These are the specific rules for the .com.ng SLD, administered directly by us. They form part of and, in the case of conflict, take precedence over the Policy.

ii.) SLD Charter
Domain Names registered in the .com.ng SLD are intended to be used for commercial purposes, and the 3LD are intended to reflect and be related to these purposes. This SLD would be fully open from July 5, 2008, before then only entities with Nigerian presence may register within this SLD.

Specific Rules for registration in the .org.ng SLD

i.) Introduction
These are the specific rules for the .org.ng SLD administered directly by us. They form part of and, in the case of conflict, take precedence over the Policy.

ii.) SLD Charter
Registrants in .org.ng are intended to be not-for-profit or public service enterprises and a 3LD within this SLD is intended to be related to these enterprises and their activities. These may include, as non- exhaustive examples, charities, trades unions, political parties, community groups, educational councils, and professional institutions.

Specific Rules for registration in the .edu.ng SLD

i.) Introduction
These are the specific rules for the .edu.ng SLD administered directly by us. They form part of and, in the case of conflict, take precedence over the Policy.

ii.) SLD Charter
The .edu.ng SLD is a closed one and reserved for ONLY tertiary academic institutions as approved and accredited by the relevant authorities like Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC), National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), NCCE and any other body as recognized by the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

iii.) Rules
All registrations on the .edu.ng SLD would be at the 3LD. Various departments or institutions under the qualifying institution may then be sub-domains and NOT full domains. iv.) Requirements
Registrants in the .edu.ng SLDs are required to be approved and accredited Degree Awarding Tertiary Institutions. Notwithstanding the Policy, no Domain Name shall be registered in this SLD
Unless, in our reasonable opinion, the applicant is an approved/registered Degree awarding institution and the Domain Name registered is the same as or a similar variant of the applicant's name.
Without prejudice to any other test that we may apply, the applicant shall only be deemed to be an Approved/Registered School if the applicant: is either duly registered or incorporated under the relevant laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
AND the applicant has a provisional or full approval by the relevant accreditation body and government for the provision of Degree awarding institutions. For example for a university, it must have an NUC approval.
Any Domain Name registered in .edu.ng may only be used in the manner set out in this Clause, and we may suspend or cancel the registration if we believe it is not being so used, in accordance with the termination provisions set out in our Registrant Agreement.
Each approved/registered tertiary institution may apply for multiple domains ONLY if it relates to the academic institution and NOT a department or unit of the academic institution

Specific Rules for registration in the .gov.ng SLD

i.) Introduction
These are the specific rules for the .edu.ng SLD administered directly by us. They form part of and, in the case of conflict, take precedence over the Policy.

ii.) SLD Charter
The .gov.ng SLD is closed and limited only to the following
Governments at all levels and
Ministries, Department and Agencies at all levels as well.

iii.) Rules
Registrations on the .gov.ng SLD would be both on the 3LD and the 4LD. Registration at the 3LD is ONLY permitted for the following

The Federal government
The State government
Federal Ministries, Departments, Parastatals and Institutions
For example justice.gov.ng, npc.gov.ng, ogunstate.gov.ng, nigeria.gov.ng, etc. For registrations on the 4LD is ONLY permitted for the following
State Ministries, Departments, Parastatals and Institutions Local governments,
For example, justice.lagos.gov.ng would be for the Lagos State Ministry of Justice. Also, surulere.lagos.gov.ng and surulere.oyo.gov.ng would relate to Surulere local government in Lagos and Oyo states respectively. The 3LD to be used by the 4LD would be the state names as derived from the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

SLD Requirements
Registrants in the .gov.ng SLD are required to be full government agencies and also have the approval of each tier of government.
For Federal government registration, applicants are expected to also obtain clearance from the federal government entity setup for such approval and present same during registration. For example NITDA.
For State government registration, applicants are expected to also obtain clearance from the state government entity setup or designated for such approval and present same during registration.
For Local government registration, applicants are expected to attach a valid authorization from the local government, and present same during registration.
All the verification of the .gov.ng domain names, before the domain activation by NiRA, is conducted by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

User shall not directly or indirectly: (i) decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Service, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction; (ii) modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Service; or (iii) copy, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the rights that you receive hereunder.

If you choose to provide technical, business or other feedback to the Company concerning the Site or the Services (collectively, “Feedback”), the Company will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license, or otherwise distribute or exploit such Feedback in its sole discretion without any obligations or restrictions of any kind, including intellectual property rights or licensing obligations. You understand and agree that the incorporation by the Company of Feedback into any of its products or services does not grant you any proprietary rights therein.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not utilize the Site or the Services in connection with any transaction that is illegal or involves any illegal items or is for any illegal purpose.

HostinBridge, in its sole discretion, may refuse to complete any transaction that HostinBridge has reason to believe is unauthorized or may violate any law, rule, or regulation.

In addition, if any transaction cannot be completed for any reason, including cancellation by HostinBridge for any reason, HostinBridge will notify each User in such transaction by e-mail, to the e-mail address each has provided on the Site.

You are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Services. In connection with your use of the Site, you will not and will not assist or enable others to:

• breach or circumvent any applicable laws or regulations, agreements with third-parties, third-party rights, or our Terms;

• use the Site or Collective Content for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by these Terms or in a manner that falsely implies endorsement, partnership or otherwise misleads others as to your affiliation with HostinBridge;

• copy, store or otherwise access or use any information, including personally identifiable information about any other User, contained on the Site in any way that is inconsistent with HostinBridge’s Terms of Services or otherwise violates the privacy rights of Users or third parties;

• use the Site in connection with the distribution of unsolicited commercial messages ("spam");

• use the Site with the intention to circumvent any Service Fees or for any other reason;

• request, accept, or make any payment for Property outside of the Site. If you do so, you acknowledge and agree that you: (i) would be in breach of these Terms; (ii) accept all risks and responsibility for such payment, and (iii) hold HostinBridge harmless from any liability for such payment;

• discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, tribe, origin, religion, gender, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or age, or otherwise engage in any abusive or disruptive behaviour;

• use, display, mirror or frame the HostinBridge platform or Collective Content, or any individual element within the HostinBridge platform, HostinBridge’s name, any HostinBridge’s trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page in the HostinBridge platform, without HostinBridge’s express written consent;

• dilute, tarnish or otherwise harm the HostinBridge brand in any way, including through unauthorized use of Collective Content, registering and/or using HostinBridge or derivative terms in domain names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers, or registering and/or using domains names, trade names, trademarks or other source identifiers that closely imitate or are confusingly similar to HostinBridge domains, trademarks, taglines, promotional campaigns or Collective Content;

• use any robots, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or processes to access, collect data or other content from or otherwise interact with the HostinBridge platform for any purpose;

• avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by HostinBridge or any of HostinBridge’s providers or any other third party to protect the HostinBridge platform;

• attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the HostinBridge platform;

• take any action that damages or adversely affects, or could damage or adversely affect the performance or proper functioning of the HostinBridge platform;

• violate or infringe anyone else’s rights or otherwise cause harm to anyone.

You acknowledge that HostinBridge has no obligation to monitor the access to or use of the Site by any User or to review, disable access to, or edit any User Content, but has the right to do so too (i) operate, secure and improve the Site (including without limitation for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation and customer support purposes); (ii) ensure Users’ compliance with these Terms; (iii) comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, law enforcement or other administrative agency or governmental body; (iv) respond to User Content that it determines is harmful or objectionable, or (v) as otherwise set forth in these Terms. Users agree to cooperate with and assist HostinBridge in good faith and to provide HostinBridge with such information and take such actions as may be reasonably requested by HostinBridge with respect to any investigation undertaken by HostinBridge or a representative of HostinBridge regarding the use or abuse of the HostinBridge platform.

If you feel that any User you interact with, whether online or in-person, is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to anyone who (i) engages in offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behaviour, (ii) you suspect of stealing from you, or (iii) engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to HostinBridge by contacting us with your police station and report number (if available); provided that your report will not obligate us to take any action beyond that required by law (if any) or cause us to incur any liability to you.

The use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. Any account found to be in violation of another's copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email abuse@hostinbridge.com with the information required. If the request is of a licensing issue, we may require further documentation.

Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted. Please do not take backups of your backups.

Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared servers include:

o Topsites o IRC Scripts/Bots

o Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers

o Pirated Software/Warez

o Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)

o AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites

o IP Scanners

o Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications

o Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts o Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)

o File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to RapidShare)

o Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)

o Escrow/Bank Debentures

o High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites

o Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)

o Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)

o Prime Banks Programs

o Lottery/Gambling Sites


o Hacker focused sites/archives/programs

o Sites promoting illegal activities

o Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content for which you don't hold usage or distribution rights

o Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com) and activities of any kind.

o Tell A Friend Scripts

o File upload, sharing, archive, backup, mirroring or distribution services

o Website-primarily created to distribute large documents, images, videos or drive traffic to other sites.

o Heavy websites that may over-utilize bandwidth or resources (RAM, CPU, etc)

o Torrent software

o Network Daemons

o Abusive scripts, processes

o Adult Thumbnail Galleries / Banner Exchanges

HostinBridge services, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices are provided only for authorized customer use. HostinBridge systems may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including to ensure that use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes. Use of HostinBridge system(s) constitutes consent to monitoring for these purposes.

o Any account found connecting to a third party network or system without authorization from the third party is subject to suspension. Access to networks or systems outside of your direct control must be with expressed written consent from the third party. HostinBridge may, at its discretion, request and require documentation to prove access to a third party network or system is authorized.

o We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), with or without notice.

o Any violation as stated above may result in the suspension or termination of your services with or without notice. All abuse issues must be dealt with via trouble ticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours.

o Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography. Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.

Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice

It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as username and password. It is required that you use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change/update your password.

7. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We take a zero-tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.

8. Billing and Payment Information

A. Prepayment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account.

B. Auto renewal.

Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify HostinBridge of your desire to cancel the Services, you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services, using your credit card or other billing information on file with us.

C. Late Payment.

All invoices must be paid within ten (10) days of the invoice due date. Any invoice that is outstanding for more than ten (10) days may result in the suspension or termination of Services. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. If you fail to pay the fees as specified herein, HostinBridge may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the collection costs incurred by HostinBridge, including without limitation, any arbitration and legal fees, and reasonable attorneys' fees. HostinBridge will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance on their account.

D. Domain Payments.

It is solely your responsibility to notify HostinBridge Billing department via a support ticket or mail us on billing@hostinbridge.com after purchasing a domain. Domain renewal notices are provided as a courtesy reminder and HostinBridge is not responsible for a failure to renew a domain or a failure to notify a customer about a domain's renewal. Domain renewals are billed and renewed thirty (30) days before the renew date.

E. Fraud.

It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. HostinBridge may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in HostinBridge's sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.

F. Invoice Disputes.

You have 30 days to dispute any charge or payment processed by HostinBridge. If you have any questions concerning a charge on your account, please reach out to our billing department for assistance on billing@hostinbridge.com

9. Money-Back Guarantee.

A. Shared Hosting.

HostinBridge offers a 30 day money-back guarantee for HostinBridge's shared hosting services.

Purchases made via any online payment gateway processor i.e Quickteller, Paystack, Rave, Paypal, etc may be refundable via the source of payment and WhoGoHost is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the online payment processing company.

If you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you terminate your account within 30 days of signing up for the Services, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid for hosting.

This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to domains, administrative fees or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services.

10. Cancellations and Refunds.

A. Payment Method.

No refunds will be provided if you use any of the following methods of payment: bank wire transfers, Western Union payments, checks and money orders. If you use any of these payment methods, any applicable credit will be posted to your hosting account instead of a refund.

Purchases made via any online payment gateway processor i.e Quickteller, Paystack, Rave, Paypal, etc may be refundable via the source of payment and WhoGoHost is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the online payment processing company.

B. Money-Back Guarantee.

If an account with a 30 day money-back guarantee is purchased and then cancelled within the first 30 days of the beginning of the term (the "Money-Back Guarantee Period"), you will, upon your written request to the HostinBridge Support Team (the "Refund Request") within ninety (90) days of such termination or cancellation ("Notice Period"), receive a full refund of all shared hosting fees previously paid by you to HostinBridge for the initial term ("Money-Back Guarantee Refund"); provided that such Money-Back Guarantee Refund shall be due to you only upon your compliance with, and subject in all respects to the terms and conditions. Requests for these refunds must be made in writing to the HostinBridge Support Team. Refunds will only be issued for shared hosting services and will not include domains, or a free .com.ng domain price on the shared hosting plan, administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, nor will they include any fees for any other additional services. Money-Back Guarantee Refunds will not accrue, and shall not be paid under any circumstances, if you do not provide the applicable Refund Request within the Notice Period.

C. Refund Eligibility.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

D. Non-refundable Products and Services.

There are no refunds on any domain registration with or without a hosting package

E. Cancellation Process.

You may terminate or cancel the Services by giving HostinBridge written notice by mailing our support team on support@hostinbridge.com In such event: (i) you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation and (ii) HostinBridge may, in our sole discretion, refund all pre-paid fees for shared hosting services for the full months remaining after the effectiveness of such cancellation (i.e. no partial month fees shall be refunded) less any setup fees, applicable taxes and any discount applied for prepayment, provided that you are not in breach of this Agreement.

Once we receive your cancellation mail and have confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will inform you in writing (typically email) that your account has been canceled. Your cancellation confirmation will contain a ticket/tracking number in the subject line for your reference and for verification purposes. You should immediately receive an automatic email with a tracking number stating that "Your request has been received...." HostinBridge will confirm your request and process your cancellation shortly thereafter. If you do not hear back from us, or do not receive the automatic confirmation email within a few minutes after submitting your cancellation form, please contact us immediately via phone at: +2349035862984

F. Domains.
i. Domain Renewals.

Domain renewals are billed and renewed thirty (30) days before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to notify HostinBridge's Billing department via mail on billing@hostinbridge.com to cancel any domain registration at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be given once a domain is renewed. All domain registrations and renewals are final.

ii. Termination

HostinBridge may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, including deletion or confiscation of all files, content, and/or domain name registrations, without notice in the event that: (i) you fail to pay any fees due hereunder to HostinBridge; (ii) you violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm HostinBridge or others, cause HostinBridge or others to incur liability, or disrupt HostinBridge's business operations (as determined by HostinBridge in its sole discretion); (iv) you are abusive toward HostinBridge's staff in any manner; or (v) for any other lawful reason, including to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, HostinBridge will not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination.


11. CPU, Bandwidth and Disk Usage

A. Permitted CPU and Disk Usage.

All use of hosting space provided by HostinBridge is subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.

i. Shared hosting space may only be used for web files, active email and content of User Websites. Shared hosting space may not be used for storage (whether of media, emails, or other data), including, as offsite storage of electronic files, email or FTP hosts. HostinBridge expressly reserves the right to review every shared account for excessive usage of CPU, disk space and other resources that may be caused by a violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. HostinBridge may, in our sole discretion, terminate access to the Services, apply additional fees, or remove or delete User Content for those accounts that are found to be in violation of HostinBridge's terms and conditions.

B. Bandwidth Usage.

You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

C. Shared (non-reseller accounts)

Shared accounts may not be used to resell web hosting to others. If you wish to resell hosting you must use a reseller account.

12. Website/ Mobile App Development Solution

The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of HostinBridge Limited.

HostinBridge: Primary designer/site or App owner & employees or affiliates.

Terms and Conditions

These are the standard terms and conditions for Website Design and Mobile App Development and apply to all contracts and all work that is undertaken by HostinBridge Limited for its clients.


A 70% deposit of the total fee payable under our proposal is due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the website design and Mobile App development work. The remaining 30% shall become due when the work is completed, and showing the client a prove of a complete work, through a easy form, for testing and correction. But subject to the terms of the "approval of work" and "rejected work" clauses. once a project is completed and has been sent to the client for review or available on the Web/ Mobile store the contract will be deemed to have been completed and the 30% balance of the project price will become due.
We reserve the right not to commence any work until the first installment has been paid in full.

You must supply everything we need to complete the project and in the format, we need to complete the work per any agreed specification. Such materials may include but are not limited to images, content, logos and other printed material. Where there is any delay in supplying these materials to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount.
Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any part or parts of the work already completed. You'll review our work; provide feedback and approval on time too. You'll also be bound by dates we set together.

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to make reversions to the design. However, we have the right to limit the number of design proposals to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional designs if you make a change to the original design specification after approval has been given.
Our website design/ Mobile App development phase is flexible and allows certain variations to the original specification. However, any major deviation from the specification will be charged at the cost of N10,000. A minor change is anything that has to do with adjusting of size, change of placement, moving of component, colour change, image replacement or text change. A major change is an addition of a new feature which has been agreed possible by HostinBridge Limited e.g. new shipping option, new payment option. This does not mean upgrades of unlimited complexity but within the measurable framework of the existing content management system.

Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation and complete and final content in photography for the work pages. During development, there is a certain amount of feedback required to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of contact be appointed from your side and be made available daily to expedite the feedback process.

On completion of the work, you will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. You must notify us in via mail of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of such notification.
Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to us as unsatisfactory within the 7-day review period will be deemed to have been approved. Once approved, or deemed approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected and the contract will be deemed to have been completed and the 30% balance of the project price will become due.

If you reject any of our work within the 7-day review period, or do not approve subsequent work performed by us to remedy any points recorded as being unsatisfactory, and we, acting reasonably, consider that you have been illogical/irrational in any rejection of the work, we can elect to treat this contract as at an end and take measures to recover payment for the completed work.

Upon completion of the 7-day review period, after the website design and Mobile App development has been completed, we will invoice you for the 30% balance of the project, which must be paid within 3 Working days.
Failure to make payment will result to automatic termation of the project or work from the Web / Mobile App Store


You must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names and trademarks, or any other material that you supply to us to include in your website or web applications/ Mobile App.

You must indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims or legal actions related to the content of your website, Mobile App.


Once you have paid us in full for our work we grant to you a license to use the service (website/ mobile app) and its related software and contents for the life of the website / mobile app.


We do not guarantee any specific position in search engine results for your website. We perform basic search engine optimisation integration according to current best practice.


We shall not be liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer which is in any way attributable to any delay in performance or completion of our contract, however that delay arises.


To the full extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise (other than the express provisions of these terms and conditions) relating in any way to the services we provide to you are excluded. Without limiting the above, to the extent permitted by law, any liability of HostinBridge Limited® under any term, condition, warranty or representation that by law cannot be excluded is, where permitted by law, limited at our option to the replacement, repair or re-supply of the services or the payment of the cost of the services that we were contracted to perform.


We reserve the right to subcontract any services that we have agreed to perform for you as we see fit.


We (and any subcontractors we engage) agree that we will not at any time disclose any of your confidential information to any third party.


You agree to reimburse us for any requested expenses which do not form part of our proposal including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third-party software, stock photographs, fonts, domain name registration, web hosting or comparable expenses.


You are responsible for maintaining your backups concerning your website and we will not be liable for restoring any client data or client websites except to the extent that such data loss arises out of a negligent act or omission by us.


We will supply your account credentials for domain name registration and/or web hosting that we purchased on your behalf when you reimburse us for any expenses that we have incurred.


The agreement constituted by these terms and conditions and any proposal will be construed according to and is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You and HostinBridge Limited® submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of the Federal Republic of Nigeria concerning any dispute arising under these terms and conditions or concerning any services we perform for you.


By using current versions of well-supported content management systems such as, we endeavour to ensure that the websites we create are compatible with all current modern web browsers such as the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. Third-party extensions, where used, may not have the same level of support for all browsers. Where appropriate we will substitute alternative extensions or implement other solutions, on a best-effort basis, where any incompatibilities are found.


You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws relating to e-commerce, and the full extent permitted by law will hold harmless, protect, and defend and indemnify HostinBridge Limited® and its subcontractors from any claim, penalty, tax, tariff loss or damage arising from your or your clients' use of Internet electronic commerce.


If the client changes his/her mind about doing work with HostinBridge Limited during the initial web design or development phase, the client will be responsible for the amount of work already completed. Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, this may mean receiving a full refund, a partial refund, no refund, or owing additional fees. To protect clients from unintentional service interruption, clients wishing to terminate any services must request the service termination in writing.


If the balance on a completed project has not been paid within ten business days, a 10% penalty will be added. For example, if the remaining balance on a completed project is N1,000, and that balance has not been paid within ten business days, the new balance on the complete project will automatically be increased to N2,000. Balances that are not paid within 30 days will be reported to a credit bureau. Balances that are not paid within 60 days will be turned over to a collections agency. Clients experiencing financial hardship should contact HostinBridge Sales department to discuss payment options.


Projects can be hindered if the client does not provide feedback or required elements in a timely manner, such as feedback on a design mockup, requested sitemaps, text to be used as content on the web pages, photos for either the design or for the content, the client's logo, appropriate account login information, etc. For that reason, if HostinBridge Limited's Web Design is waiting for content or other pieces of information, the client will be notified.

If the client fails to handle the requests within 3-5 business days, the project timeline will be moved in simultaneously. However, if the client fails to handle the requests within ten business days, the project will be frozen and the sum of N20, 000 will be made payable to HostinBridge Limited to resume the project.


Clients are required to create merchant accounts with their choice payment gateways and send in merchant IDs for integration at an agreed cost. Interswitch payment gateway(s) integration can be done through HostinBridge Limited at a discounted rate with free integration if HostinBridge developed the e-commerce platform.


Logos: This is created at a discounted rate only for clients who have also subscribed to our website development service.


This discount applies to clients who agree to brand their websites with our business name by way of permitting our business name and URL to be on their website.

Website affiliates

HostinBridge limited runs a website affiliate system whereby 2% of finder's fee is allotted to sealed website jobs referred by such affiliate partners. The commission is only redeemable after the website has been handed over and the referred client has completed the payment


Design: Refund of money paid for any design-related job is not possible; therefore, there is a non-refundable policy for any graphic job done by HostinBridge Limited

Development: only 50% of the actual project fee is refundable to clients not satisfied with their website / Mobile App requirement after been terminated by client after completion (Although we are certain that won't be the case). However, this will lessen the calculations of the amount of effort and other input invested by the Web design team


This agreement allows for minor web site maintenance to pages over 1 month, up to an average of one-half hour per regular web site, including updating lines and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include updating or replacing nearly all the text from a page with new text, major page reconstruction, new pages, guest books, discussion webs, and navigation structure changes, attempted updates by client repairs or web design projects delivered to the client via diskette. The period of 1 month begins on the date the client's web design site has been published to client's hosting service or 30 days from the date this agreement was signed, whichever comes first. If the client's web design package includes database access using Server Side Script, then very minor page code changes will be accepted under this maintenance plan. Major page code and/or database structural changes will be charged accordingly

Price Change

HostinBridge reserves the right to change prices or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days notice before charging you with any price change on any annual or longer term plans. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by HostinBridge through the user billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by HostinBridge.

Violation of Rules

Breaking any of these aforementioned rules may result in immediate account suspension with or without notice and also without refund, as well as criminal prosecution where deemed necessary.


We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to HostinBridge Site or Services. You may submit Feedback by emailing us, through the contact section of the Site, or by other means of communication. Any Feedback you submit to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. By submitting Feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use and publish those ideas and materials for any purpose, without compensation to you.
